An existing connector or a custom integration?
A standard connector may cover a simple exchange. Custom integration adds value when transformations, rules, volume or error recovery exceed its capabilities. Real-time synchronisation is not always necessary: we choose a cadence based on operations and API capabilities.

- Can you integrate Salesforce, SAP or other CRM and ERP systems?
- Our experience includes contributions to Salesforce and SAP integrations in the ISDIN environment. For a new project, we review the version, available APIs, licences and permissions before confirming the connection’s scope.
- What happens when an API stops responding?
- We define behaviour for each operation: record the failure, retry when safe and provide a review or recovery path. Not every operation can be repeated without consequences, so we agree how to prevent duplicates.
- Do we have to replace our existing tools?
- We can connect existing tools if they provide access to the required information. If a limitation blocks the flow, we explain alternatives and the cost of maintaining an additional solution before proposing a change.
- Can we start with one process?
- Yes. We can scope one exchange or process with clear acceptance criteria. This lets us verify data quality, the connection and error recovery before introducing more systems.
